導熱硅脂Kerafol Keratherm KP97 KP98 KP99 KP12 是德國KERAFOL公司研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)的高導熱系數(shù)產(chǎn)品，廣泛應用于高科技領域，算力服務器，光模塊，汽車電子，航空航天，工業(yè)電源，電腦筆記本，芯片CPU,GPU，IGBT等產(chǎn)品的導熱，尤其適用于高算力應用場景。KP12不含硅的特性由合成熱聚合物組成并適用于快速有效的散熱，特別適用于對有機硅敏感的應用。產(chǎn)品長期穩(wěn)定性保證在整個生命周期內可操作，在正常應用下條件，導熱硅脂不會固化干燥和融化。
