材料：正常情況下選用40CrNiMo，經(jīng)過特殊處理，采用漸開線形式，在高扭矩，高扭力，高負(fù)荷的情況下，可以采用具有良好任性和機(jī)械性能的WR15E和WR30材料，其性能參數(shù)與進(jìn)口芯軸等同，但性價(jià)比遠(yuǎn)高于進(jìn)口類產(chǎn)品。在加工過程中嚴(yán)格控制**度，保證芯軸的加工尺寸。
