LB-320 LARGE PACKAGE TFO TWISTING MACHINE.

適用范圍：箱包線，高強工業(yè)縫紉線，傳動帶粘合線，輪胎簾子線，背帶用線，漁網(wǎng)用線 等等。

Application: Suitcase Fabric Yarn, Thick high intensity sewing thread, Industrial drive Belt Thread, Tyre cord，Straps thread, Fishing Net Thread and so on.

1. 機器采用全電腦PLC 控制系統(tǒng)，人機界面，觸摸屏輸入，簡單快捷。

2. 伺服電機驅(qū)動收邊，成形更加美觀。

3. 紗線可以直接加捻，不需要倒紗，送絲管與卷繞管相同尺寸，方便統(tǒng)一使用。

4. 采用前后電機驅(qū)動，使整臺機器錠子轉(zhuǎn)速更均勻。

5. 多種錠子尺寸可選擇（230mm, 250mm, 280mm. 320mm 等等），根據(jù)不同要求，選擇相應(yīng)的尺寸, 合理，高效。

Features:

1. The Machine use the fully computerized system, PLC program control system, HMI, input by touch screen, simple for operation.

2.  Servo motor drive E-traverse, the forming is more better than the traditional gear box.

3.  The material Yarn can directly use on the machine, do not need rewind on other special tube.

The feeding yarn tube and the take-up tube are same size, more convenient for using.

4.  Adopt the two motor synchronous driving system(in head box and tail box), ensure whole set machine spindles running in same speed.

5.  Several Spindle Size for choose (230mm 250mm,280mm, 320mm and so on), according to the truth to choose the correct size spindle. Reasonable and high efficiency.
