1）刷蔓海蒂海娜粉前請不要洗頭，如剛用洗發(fā)水洗完頭發(fā)請用清水再?zèng)_洗下。

2）用溫開水調(diào)和蔓海蒂海娜粉，攪拌均勻調(diào)成泥漿狀，配合養(yǎng)發(fā)師精油使用會(huì)使頭發(fā)更順滑，光澤度高，更富有彈性。（調(diào)配過程中可適當(dāng)加入雞蛋、蜂蜜、醋等滋潤物，增加頭發(fā)的光滑度）

3）將調(diào)好的蔓海蒂海娜粉均勻涂抹在頭發(fā)上，白發(fā)多的部位多涂抹，用手輕輕揉搓頭發(fā)。

4）用塑料袋或保鮮膜包頭再用電熱帽加熱25-30分鐘后，晾1個(gè)小時(shí)左右即可。

5）**用清水沖洗干凈后即可，24小時(shí)內(nèi)不要用洗發(fā)水洗頭，可用護(hù)發(fā)素清洗下頭發(fā)。
