豆芽生產(chǎn)技術(shù)指導(dǎo) ：
1、裝機(jī)前對機(jī)器及育芽筐進(jìn)行消毒，對好的消毒液水用噴 壺對箱體進(jìn)行消毒，噴完后進(jìn)行人工淋水，把消毒液水沖洗干凈。把育芽筐放進(jìn)對好的消毒液水里進(jìn)行浸泡消毒，完畢用清水涮干凈。

3、泡豆：把選好的豆種放進(jìn)已經(jīng)消毒過的容器中，用 40-50°C的溫水浸泡，（綠豆**用90°C熱水燙20-30秒，以激活豆子的生命力；黃豆**選用沒有經(jīng)過夏天的豆子，不必要燙）浸泡過程中建議使用無公害的藥劑（無根劑、增粗劑）按廠家詳細(xì)說明和方法使用。
4、泡豆時(shí)間：在環(huán)境溫度保持在35°C的條件下，綠的泡 4小時(shí)，黃豆6小時(shí)左右，觀察豆種在這期間內(nèi)所吸收的水分是否達(dá)到飽和狀態(tài)，同時(shí)注意**每隔2小時(shí)翻豆一次，讓其均勻吸收水分(黃豆吸水率為107%，綠豆吸水率為98%)。
5、裝機(jī)：把泡好的豆種平整放到消毒好的育芽筐中（育芽 筐底部**平鋪草坪墊或者紗窗網(wǎng)，有利于淋水過程中均勻下水）。育芽筐中放入豆種后放到機(jī)器托架上，關(guān)閉機(jī)器門，按動(dòng)一次手動(dòng)淋水。
