二、我們加工的快速模具，可用于批量生產(chǎn)（模具壽命：長期），產(chǎn)品材質(zhì)更接近注塑成型的塑膠材質(zhì)（757，747ABS）.其它種類的模具也是以各種材料成型特性進(jìn)行模具設(shè)計(jì)，確保批量生產(chǎn)的實(shí)用型模具，是傳統(tǒng)鋼模的有力補(bǔ)充，一次投入，長期使用。

三、在快速原型（手板）加工方面：材質(zhì)（ABS、PC、PMMA、POM、PPS、PA、PEEK等）：優(yōu)于3D打印，SLA,FDM,可用于實(shí)際力學(xué)測試和實(shí)際市埸使用。

并可檢驗(yàn)塑膠模具設(shè)計(jì)（CNC數(shù)控加工**貼近模具加工工藝）。

四、吸塑模具造價(jià)僅為注塑鋼模的1/4，出模時(shí)間為七天。。可以通過不同種類的模具和加工工藝（熱壓模，注塑模，澆鑄模，吸塑模，模壓模具等），還可簡化設(shè)計(jì)，二次加工殼件等工藝，快速提供產(chǎn)品，不限加工批量在本廠一站式加工零件。

五、我們有多種加工工藝可供選用：注塑成型，吸塑成型，壓塑成型，冷壓成型，澆鑄成型，纏繞成型，CNC加工，多工種配合，確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和精度、外觀要求。

六、快速模具已批量服務(wù)于成型：醫(yī)療儀器殼體，機(jī)器手外罩，金融設(shè)備外殼，顯示器外殼，醫(yī)用配件量產(chǎn)，碳纖材料層壓零件，硅橡膠異型零件，人造石產(chǎn)品等。
