一、?? 模具材質(zhì)及加工速度：快速模具采用鋁材，硬塑，鋼質(zhì)，銅質(zhì)通過CNC加工制成，速度快，尺寸精度高，無需按傳統(tǒng)鋼模制作流程（火花加工和裝鋼質(zhì)模架及注塑成形）進(jìn)行。一般7~15天可以完成模具制作。

二、快速模具造價(jià)低，約為鋼模的1/4以下。在注塑機(jī)、熱壓機(jī)、CNC等設(shè)備的配合下經(jīng)二次加工，可快速得到設(shè)計(jì)所需零件并可以批量生產(chǎn)。模具壽命：長期。

The difference between rapid tooling and traditional die
