　　我公司生產(chǎn)的兩線防爆壓力變送器具有現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指示和遠(yuǎn)傳輸出兩個(gè)功能，兩部分各自

相互獨(dú)立，顯示部分為一波登管壓力表，壓力傳感器和相應(yīng)的電器組成兩線壓力變送器的輸

出部分。此產(chǎn)品被廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、煉鋼、化纖、制藥等行業(yè)。

　　此產(chǎn)品為本質(zhì)安全防爆型產(chǎn)品。是根據(jù)GB3836-83《爆炸性環(huán)境用防爆電器設(shè)備的

有關(guān)規(guī)定》設(shè)計(jì)制造的，并通過國家指定的防爆檢驗(yàn)部門檢驗(yàn)，其防爆合格證編號(hào)為

GBY91158。

　　防爆標(biāo)志為：Ex ib II CT5（853 簡(jiǎn)易型無防爆證）

　　變送器與裝在控制室里的關(guān)聯(lián)設(shè)備或安全柵配套使用組成本質(zhì)安全型防爆系統(tǒng)。

　　YSZA防腐型適用于對(duì)腐蝕性的氣體或液體的測(cè)量。

YSZA 簡(jiǎn)易型儀表內(nèi)可充油，應(yīng)用在有振動(dòng)的場(chǎng)所。

　　本儀表還可以通過配接化學(xué)密封隔離體，用于對(duì)具有較強(qiáng)腐蝕性且黏度較大易結(jié)晶

的液體的測(cè)量。

PRODUCT

OVERVIEW

　　The two-line pressure transmitter has the functions of spot display and output

distance. The display part is a bourdon tube pressure gauge and pressure transmitter,

relevant apparatus to be the output part. This product is widely used in petrochemical,

pharmacy, steel making and so on.

　　The transmitters are intrinsically safe style designed and manufactured in accor-

dance with the National Standard of GB3836-83 for the electric equipment used in hazard-

ous areas. Certificate of quality No.,GBY91158

　　Identification code: ib Ⅱ cT5 (Identification code : ib cT5 (without explosion-proof

certificate for 853 facility style)

　　YSZA-corrosion-proof is to measure the caustic gas or liquid.

　　YSZB-facility style is able to be filled with oil ,applied to the vibration surroundings.

　　The gauge also can be deployed with insulations to measure the caustic, ropy and

crystal medium.

外型結(jié)構(gòu)及安裝方式

壓力變送器應(yīng)盡量安裝在溫度梯度和溫度波動(dòng)小的測(cè)壓點(diǎn)上，同時(shí)還要避免考慮到振動(dòng)和沖擊的影響。變送

器應(yīng)直接安裝在測(cè)量點(diǎn)上，但強(qiáng)腐蝕性的或過熱的介質(zhì)不應(yīng)與變送器直接接觸，需配裝化學(xué)密封組件或散熱器等

進(jìn)行隔離保護(hù)，再把取壓口介質(zhì)壓力傳輸?shù)阶兯推鳌?

Structure and installation

It is better to be installed to the place with little temperature fluctuate and avoid the vibration and concussion.

To make sure the sealing of the connection part, it is better to wrap the adhesive tape before fixing the transmitter.

It should be installed on the measuring point but not to touch the medium with strong corrupt and high

temperature. It is better to make a transition by a special pipe.

系統(tǒng)連接及調(diào)試

變送器在測(cè)量系統(tǒng)中的連接見圖，建議電源電壓 Us選用24V。

二次儀表中采樣電阻（負(fù)載電阻）R L 的阻值選用250Ω。如果Us和R L 選用別的數(shù)值，那么R L 值不能超過

由公式 R L = 計(jì)算得到的數(shù)值。

出廠前壓力變送器已按訂貨要求調(diào)試合格，用戶無需再做調(diào)整。長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用后如需重新標(biāo)定，可分別調(diào)整

“調(diào)零電位器”和“調(diào)量程電位器”。壓力量程的下限值對(duì)應(yīng)于 4mA，上限值對(duì)應(yīng) 20mA. （ Z- 調(diào)零電位器 S-

調(diào)量程電位器）

The transmitter has been debugged as the customer’s request, no need to debug again. After long time

of using, if needed, it can be debugged by adjust “Zero electric device” and “Range electric device”. The down

limit of the range should be corresponding with 4mA，and up limit will be with 20mA. (Z- Zero electric device, S-

Range electric device)

安 裝

1. 直接安裝在測(cè)量點(diǎn)上（任意角度）。

2. 盡量安裝在溫度梯度與溫度波動(dòng)小的測(cè)壓點(diǎn)上，同時(shí)避免強(qiáng)振動(dòng)和沖擊。

3. 室外安裝時(shí)，盡可能放置于保護(hù)盒內(nèi)，避免陽光直射和雨淋，以保持變送器性能穩(wěn)定和延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。

4. 測(cè)量蒸汽或其它高溫介質(zhì)時(shí)，注意不要使變送器的工作溫度超限。必要時(shí)，請(qǐng)安裝散熱器或其它冷卻裝置連

接。

5. 安裝時(shí)應(yīng)在變送器和介質(zhì)之間加裝壓力截止閥，以便檢修和防止取壓口堵塞而影響測(cè)量精度。在壓力波動(dòng)范

圍大的場(chǎng)合還應(yīng)加裝阻尼器或壓力緩沖裝置。

Installation notes

1. Direct install to the measuring point（any angles）.

2. It is better to be with less temperature fluctuation and avoid the strong vibration.

3. If it is needed to install outside of the house, it is better to put it into a protect case to avoid sun and rain.

4. While measuring the high temperature mediums, please do not exceed the temperature limitation. If

necessary, fit it with cooling devices.

5. Add pressure cut-off valve between the transmitter and the medium and add the dampers if the pressure

changes a lot.

Connection and debugging

See the chart as follow. Suggest the supply Us to be 24V.

The connected gauge should be R L =250Ω。If you choose other date for Us and R L ，the R L can not exceed

R L = .

Use wires to seal the holes on the sides of the transmitter or install the signal wire to the holes and fix by tight

nut. The hole without used should be sealed.
