2.工作原理

首先將鋼管通過液壓上料機(jī)構(gòu)裝載到輸送小車上，3臺(tái)輸送小車帶動(dòng)鋼管同時(shí)向固定密封室移動(dòng)，移動(dòng)到預(yù)定位置后，臺(tái)車停止.移動(dòng)密封室和移動(dòng)液壓拋丸器一起向鋼管的另一端移動(dòng)，將鋼管端部完全密封后到檢測(cè)位置后，移動(dòng)密封室停止，這時(shí)鋼管處于封閉狀態(tài)，內(nèi)壁液壓拋丸器在臺(tái)車帶動(dòng)下，到達(dá)固定密封室端，然后依次開動(dòng)鋼管自轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)，內(nèi)拋頭，彈丸輸送機(jī)構(gòu)，除塵系統(tǒng)，和內(nèi)拋頭移動(dòng)平車，這樣鋼管旋轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi)拋頭行走并向鋼管的側(cè)壁拋射彈丸，完全通過鋼管后就把鋼管的內(nèi)壁清理好。????????????????
