用變比電橋測量變壓器的變比，操作過程繁瑣、測量范圍狹窄，已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代測量快節(jié)奏、高效率的要求。為此，南澳電氣（武漢）有限公司采用現(xiàn)代電子技術(shù)，研制出了新一代全自動變比組別測試儀。它體積小，重量輕，精度高，穩(wěn)定性好。它采用了大屏幕中英文液晶屏顯示、內(nèi)置中英文菜單式操作，完成一組變壓器的測試只需11秒。NABZC全自動變比組別測試儀是電力工業(yè)部門的理想測試儀器。

注意事項

1.保險1為2A,保險2為0.5A。如果測試線短路,高低壓接反,會熔斷保險。保險熔斷后，如果進行測量，在顯示“正在測量，請等待！ ”后停住。請關(guān)機，更換相同容量的保險，重測。

2.連線要保持接觸良好。儀器應(yīng)良好接地！

3.儀器的工作場所應(yīng)遠離強電場、強磁場、高頻設(shè)備。供電電源干擾越小越好，宜選用照明線,如果電源干擾還是較大，可以由交流凈化電源給儀器供電。交流凈化電源的容量大于200VA即可。

4.儀器工作時，如果出現(xiàn)液晶屏顯示紊亂，按所有按鍵均無響應(yīng)，或者測量值與實際值相差很遠，請按復位鍵,或者關(guān)掉電源,再重新操作。

5.顯示器沒有字符顯示,或顏色很淡,請調(diào)節(jié)亮度電位器至合適位置。

亮度電位器是多圈電位器，有10圈！

6.儀器應(yīng)存放在干燥通風處，如果長期不用或環(huán)境潮濕，使用前應(yīng)加長預(yù)熱時間，去除潮氣。

Attentions should take

1.Insurance 1 is 2A, Insurance 2 is 0.5A. If the testing line is short-circuit , the high and low voltage will be reversed, will burnthe fuse. Oncefused, it will be displayed " measuring , wait ! " and then stop to operate and cut off the power.Please replace the same capacity insurance, then retesting .

2.Maintain the connections is fine. The instrument should be well grounded !

3.Ensure the workplace keep away from strong electric field , magnetic field and high-frequency devices. Power supply interferenceshould be thesmaller the better, and use light line. If the power supply interference is still large, it better to use the AC purified power,.the purified AC power supply capacity just larger than200VA willdo.

4.During the operating, if there is disorder on LCD screen, and without any response after press all the button, or the measured valueis much very faraway from the actual value, please press the reset button, or turn off the power, then restart the operate .

5.If the displays without character display ,or the color is weak, please adjust the brightness potentiometer to the appropriatelocation . Brightnesspotentiometer is a multi-turn potentiometer with 10 laps !

6.The instrument should be stored in dry and ventilated place , if unused for a ?long-term, or stored in a humid environment, itneed to extendthe warm-up time before using , to remove ?the moisture.
