1、NALC型氣體繼電器檢測(cè)臺(tái)，采用**的嵌入式系統(tǒng)控制技術(shù)，綜合用戶的實(shí)際需求而推出的新一代氣體繼電器試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)采用了油泵—流量計(jì)連續(xù)測(cè)量方法，可分別對(duì)φ25、φ50、φ80毫米管徑的國(guó)內(nèi)外氣體繼電器的流速、容積和密封進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，且實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程無(wú)須人工參與。

2、嵌入的PC系統(tǒng)，采用全彩觸摸顯示器，可簡(jiǎn)單直觀的對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行流速、容積、密封試驗(yàn)的相關(guān)操作，并同時(shí)編輯打印相關(guān)檢測(cè)報(bào)告，且可以保存數(shù)據(jù)以便隨時(shí)調(diào)閱和打印。由于采用嵌入式設(shè)計(jì)，由PC控制，操作界面友好，整機(jī)自動(dòng)化程度高等特點(diǎn)。

產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)

1、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)

（1）外部機(jī)柜采用冷扎板折邊成型工藝制造，外形尺寸2400×650×1570mm(長(zhǎng)×寬×高)，整機(jī)總重170kg；

（2）夾緊器采用螺桿棘輪方式夾緊被試件；

（3）油箱采用非承壓式結(jié)構(gòu)，側(cè)面設(shè)有油位計(jì)；

（4）在被試件的安裝位置處設(shè)有防護(hù)罩；

2、電氣及控制系統(tǒng)

（1）工作環(huán)境：－10~＋50℃，相對(duì)濕度

（8）采用虛擬投影鍵鼠。此技術(shù)為二維投影成像，在觸屏前方的工作臺(tái)面上，投影出一個(gè)紅色與標(biāo)鍵盤(pán)大小一致的虛擬投影鍵盤(pán)，操作人員可用此鍵盤(pán)對(duì)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告內(nèi)容進(jìn)行編輯。操作人員還可通過(guò)此鍵盤(pán)快捷鍵，完成鍵盤(pán)和鼠標(biāo)的切換，并通過(guò)虛擬鍵盤(pán)上的快捷鍵關(guān)閉投影鍵鼠，再通過(guò)固定手勢(shì)打開(kāi)。

（9）嵌入PC系統(tǒng)可直觀的對(duì)重瓦斯流速、輕瓦斯容積、密封檢測(cè)的單項(xiàng)和綜合項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行操作，并同時(shí)編輯打印試驗(yàn)報(bào)告；

（10）PC系統(tǒng)內(nèi)安裝由我公司自主開(kāi)發(fā)，具有完全知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的專(zhuān)業(yè)測(cè)量控制軟件，并且可實(shí)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程系統(tǒng)升級(jí)和維護(hù)。

（11）遠(yuǎn)程技術(shù)支持：如現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作人員需要技術(shù)支持，設(shè)備只需接入外圍網(wǎng)絡(luò)，遠(yuǎn)程端技術(shù)人員即可對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程操控及設(shè)備軟件升級(jí)。
