冷油器是電力系統(tǒng)中汽輪機(jī)潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)配套使用的透平油冷卻設(shè)備,冷油器為光管表面式,采用循環(huán)水作為介質(zhì)實(shí)現(xiàn)熱交換,從而保證軸承入口油溫達(dá)到規(guī)定值,確保機(jī)組正常運(yùn)行。亦可適用各類工業(yè)潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)中,凡是需要油液冷卻的場(chǎng)景,冷油器都能發(fā)揮重要作用。
一、表面式冷油器的概述:
冷油器是一種表面式熱交換器,油冷卻器采用表面光管式結(jié)構(gòu),利用循環(huán)水作為熱交換介質(zhì),將軸承潤(rùn)滑摩擦產(chǎn)生的熱量通過(guò)冷油器帶走,從而保持潤(rùn)滑油溫度在35-45℃之間,防止軸承因高溫發(fā)生軟化、變形或燒損事故。
冷油器不僅廣泛應(yīng)用于火力發(fā)電廠的汽輪機(jī)潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng),還適用于EH油系統(tǒng)、給水泵潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)、液耦工作油系統(tǒng)、密封油系統(tǒng)、磨煤機(jī)潤(rùn)滑油站、控制油站以及引風(fēng)機(jī)、送風(fēng)機(jī)和一次風(fēng)機(jī)等油站。在各類工業(yè)潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)中,凡是需要油液冷卻的場(chǎng)景,冷油器都能發(fā)揮重要作用。
二、列管式冷油器的工作原理:
冷油器主要由上、下水室亦或前、后水室,殼體及管系構(gòu)成。低溫冷卻水在換熱管內(nèi)流動(dòng),高溫潤(rùn)滑油在冷卻換熱管外隨導(dǎo)流隔板以S形流動(dòng),以此增大冷熱交換過(guò)程,提高冷卻效果。通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)冷卻水的流量,可精確控制潤(rùn)滑油的溫度。
三、結(jié)構(gòu)形式
冷油器以安裝形式分為立式和臥式兩大類,以內(nèi)部常用隔板結(jié)構(gòu)分為弓形和圓環(huán)盤形。擴(kuò)展按冷卻換熱管分為光管式和強(qiáng)化傳熱管式兩種,且以適合用戶和運(yùn)行場(chǎng)景的需求,冷卻管材質(zhì)分為T2銅管、HSN70-1合金銅管與HAI77-2合金銅管和TP304、TP316L、TP317L不銹鋼管及TA1、TA2鈦管供選擇。
