點擊圖片查看原圖一、用途：LY型冷油器是電力系統(tǒng)中普遍使用的一種油冷卻設(shè)備，利用該設(shè)備可使具有一定溫差的兩種液體介質(zhì)實現(xiàn)熱交換，從而達(dá)到降低油溫，保證電力設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行的目的，主要用于設(shè)備潤滑油冷卻、變速系統(tǒng)油冷卻、變壓器油冷卻及汽輪機(jī)的油系統(tǒng)、磨煤機(jī)的油系統(tǒng)循環(huán)冷卻等。

二、結(jié)構(gòu)形式：冷油器按安裝形式，分為立式和臥式兩種；按冷卻管形式分為光管式和強(qiáng)化傳熱管式兩種；按冷卻管材質(zhì)分為銅管和不銹鋼兩種。需根據(jù)不同的場合、使用性能等要求進(jìn)行正確選用。
三、產(chǎn)品特點：
1、 換熱管可采用0.5-0.7mm的薄壁不銹鋼管材，提高了整體換熱性能，在相同的換熱面積下，總體的傳熱系數(shù)比銅管提高2.121-8.408%。
2、 管材可采用銅管或TP304、TP316、TP316L等**不銹合金鋼，使其具有較高的硬度，管子的鋼度也明顯提高，因此，具有很強(qiáng)的耐高溫沖擊性能及抗振性能。
3、 采用**不銹鋼管后由于管子內(nèi)壁光滑，使得其邊界層流底層厚度減薄，既強(qiáng)化換熱，又提高了抗結(jié)垢性能。
4、 為了消除焊接應(yīng)力，全部不銹鋼管在保護(hù)氣體中以1050℃高溫進(jìn)行熱處理。
5、 所有不銹鋼管均采用壓差進(jìn)行泄漏檢查，氣壓試驗至10MPa，5min無壓降。
6、 采用**不銹鋼管后抗氯離子能力強(qiáng)、設(shè)備造價低廉。
