電熔白剛玉是生產(chǎn)中高檔不定型和定型耐火材料的主要原料，常用于鋼包澆注料、鐵溝料、耐火噴補料等不定型耐火制品；在定型耐材中，它主要用在剛玉磚、剛玉莫來石質匣缽、精煉用剛玉多孔塞磚、整體噴槍、煉鋼連鑄三大件、超高溫工業(yè)窯爐內襯等剛玉制品。它又是磨料磨具行業(yè)**原料，主要用在砂輪磨具、拋光研磨行業(yè)，在軍工、造船、玻璃、航空、航天、光學儀器、核能等行業(yè)有廣泛的前途。

White fused alumina is made from excellent industrial alumina and melted in arc furnaces at high temperature of 2050℃.It is featured by high purity, good self-sharpening, low grinding heat output, acid-alkali and corrosion resistance, good stability at high temperature, and low porosity, etc.

As the main raw material for producing middle/high-class monolithic refractories or formed refractory products, white fused corundum is used primarily for ladle castable, iron runner castable gunning refractory or other monolithic refractory products. As for formed refractories, it’s chiefly used in producing corundum bricks, corundum-mullite saggers, refining-used corundum porous plug bricks, integral blowing lance, three-piece for steel making con-casting production, ultra-high temperature industrial furnace lining, and other corundum products. It’s also the high-quality raw material in abrasives industries, mainly used for producing grinding wheel, grinding and polishing tools, as well as the most promising material with bound less prospects used in military, ship building, glass making, aerospace, optical-instrument-manufacturing, nuclear power plants construction and other industries.
