2.日本I-BIT (原松下X光事業(yè)部)3D-Xray檢測(cè)設(shè)備，用3D-X射線CT斷層掃描高速檢測(cè)出2D-X光機(jī)無(wú)法檢測(cè)出的焊接缺陷：雙面貼裝基板、BGA虛焊空焊、接插件通孔透錫不良、IGBT焊接空洞、堆疊封裝芯片等等。高速X射線CT分層檢測(cè)對(duì)產(chǎn)品可靠性有顯著提高，在產(chǎn)品出廠之前發(fā)現(xiàn)隱蔽缺陷，致召回成本和不良率降到**。主要產(chǎn)品有:
