Ultrasonic welding line to seal continuosly
2 or more layers of non-woven, like spunbond,
polypropilene, and laminated
through an ultrasonic device.
This new line permits to seal continuously
more layers, overlapping edges or one
upon the other by seal alternate left and
right side.
The bobbins unwinding can be axial motion
with final winding axial and/or tangential
motion.
The line can be completed with an inspecting
section with lightened table, anti-electrostatic
device, transversal welding device to join
2 bobbins and/or cutting and seal when
bad quality of product to be wasted.
