NEW LINE FOR PROCESSING ConTINUOSLY AND MAKING A TUBULAR FORM FROM A FLAT FELT.
This line consits of un-winding openwidth felt with infeed on an axial device (jumbo roll), prepare the felt
in atubular form, close the tubular by welding with hot air and delivery the tubular folded, out of a vertical
conveyor belt operation to be repeated several time in order to obtain a complete product multylayer.
Automation of process as follows:
- Un-winding operation through a pneumatic brake controlled and synchronized by optic laser.
- Fabric guides to delivery the felt in tubular form from un-winding station to the sealing station.
- Welding device multipurpose for “overlap welding”, “straight edge welding”, “silicon strip” welding, “felt strip welding”.
- Automated sequence and memorization of receipt with the control of temperature, blowing, speed.
- Wo*ng width (for open width felt): up to 5.400mm.
TECHNICAL CH***CTERISTICS:
Modular construction with axial unwinding for heavy rolls and tangential winding.
Special motorization with directional inverter with constant reading of diameter of roll
and synchronization with electronic sensor.
Adjustable and automatic control of roll compactness.
Electronic metering with automatic stop at the length required.

從開幅到圓筒氈制品新型連續(xù)型生產(chǎn)線
這條生產(chǎn)線的組成由，入口處軸放卷，準(zhǔn)備成圓筒形，
熱風(fēng)粘合，立體輸送機(jī)，重復(fù)幾次可得到多層氈制品。
自動化程度如下：
－ 退卷通過一個氣動殺車及光學(xué)激光器來控制同步。
－ 面料從退卷站以筒狀的形式運(yùn)送到縫合站。
－ 粘合裝置具有多功能，如搭接焊接，直邊焊接，硅條式焊接，氈條式焊接。
－自動排序，并記憶工藝的控制溫度，吹風(fēng)和速度。
－工作門幅（開幅）：高達(dá)5.4米。
