Mixers of the BT series

This new series is a useful addition to the wide range of products of beba Mischtechnik. To serve ourcustomers better, beba Mischtechnik can now offer mixers with Rotor-Stator-System for customers requiring an output range beyond that of the oscillating mixer head.

PROTECTION OF THE MIXTURE MEDIUM, LONG SERVICE LIFE OF THE MIXER

This system, with its unique and optimized pre-mixing chamber, is based on two known principles:

·?At the start of the mixing head, the radially-fixed pin rows ensurethe first pre-mixing of gas and the product before the mixture is passed on through the parallel feed pin rows into the famous Rotor-Stator-System and the actual foam production is complete. Thus,the two most popular systems (radial and axial system) are located in a mixer head.

·?A big advantage of the combination of both systems: Thanks to thepremixing, the gas distribution is finer and the mixer head rotations are lesser as compared to known systems. This protects the product and the mixer.

·?As in the case of oscillating mixer heads, the product range includesall possible application areas like coating of products with PU, Latex, fluorocarbons, acrylate etc. on textiles, carpets, non-woven fabrics, automotive and many more.
